2. Tell us
   
• which module/component/plugin you've installed that seems to be causing the problem
  
• exactly what the problem is that you're having, as well as
  
• what you've already tried. (This way we won't waste your time explaining things you've already covered.)
3. Give us 3 possible times (over 3 separate days) that would suit you to have an interactive session with us (you can watch us to see what we do / where we do it) to solve the problem.

How do I know how many sessions I'll need?

There is no one-size-fits all answer to this. It depends on the problem you're having and what you want done to solve it.

• Do you want to watch and learn?
• Do you just want us to sort it out while you have coffee? :)
  

As a general guideline, the more specific your problem and the more specific your question/s about it, the quicker it will be to solve. More complex problems, involving a number of aspects of your Joomla site working together (as in the case of a shopping cart, community or directory, for example) will take longer to solve.

That's why we work in sessions of half an hour (or part thereof). They're short and economical to let you sort out individual niggles and questions quickly and easily. And if your session for a more complicated problem is coming to an end and you need more time with us, you can simply buy as many more sessions as you'd like.

(For large website additions, like adding a shopping cart or integrating a payment gateway, it will be better to request a quote.)
