I would like to take this opportunity to thank snap sites and their team for the excellent service I received, I am EXTREMELY happy with my website and your assistance. I have received numerous complements on the site and I always feel reluctant to tell them how cheap it was (Don’t worry I do tell them it was snap sites eventually). More importantly, the basic SEO that you did on my site is working like a charm! I own #1 spot on my own name blast quest, I am slowly moving up on google.co.za domain from #44 to #36 on the blasting key word on the SA Google and I moved up from #78 to #64 on the international Google ranking on blasting! It all happened in 3 weeks! What does this mean to me? When we stalled due to time constraints you stood by and waited patiently. There were some technical hitches which I must admit I was worried about and cost you many days of extra work which Reme took in his stride and just made things work. You both spent so much time with Jordan and really went out of your way to teach him about many aspects of e-commerce which were not even in your brief. Your help did not end after the final payment was made - every call from Jordan is answered and any queries resolved. This was a great lesson in what customer service is about. I cannot believe that this has been achieved without even meeting - technology is amazing. All I can say is thank you and you will definitely go as the most recommended company to deal with.

I am very pleased that I chose SnapSites / Elite Ideas to design and host my website. It was easy to get the background information and costs and decide on the type of site and functionality that I wanted. In addition work on my site was efficient with personal attention to detail. The professional team of Lerynne and Remé Verster managed to create a site that captured some of the essence of my spirit and personality - and I am really enjoying the ability to add pages and images to my site and to keep it up to date (and correct the inevitable typos...). I am delighted with my site and am now getting to grips with sending newsletters to various groups. Remé was able to set up the newsletter functionality to allow visitors to my site to subscribe to up to four newsletters and I find the support and feedback from Remé and Lerynne just what I need.

My first impression of SnapSites was extremely professional with prompt and creative answers to the many questions I posed on an almost-daily basis. After experiencing the run around I was being given while trying to build my own cottage I decided to build a website that would improve the level of service in the building industry in South Africa - a resource that people could turn to who were about to embark on building, renovating and DIY-ing.
